Order Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible:
If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will make reasonable efforts to cancel it.
After Shipment
Once an order has been shipped, it may no longer be possible to cancel the shipment directly.
In that situation, you may still have applicable statutory cancellation or return rights.
Cancellation by AERISHK
We reserve the right to cancel an order where:
- The product is unavailable
- There is an obvious pricing error
- Payment cannot be completed or verified
- Fraudulent activity is suspected
- We cannot fulfil the order due to circumstances outside our reasonable control
If we cancel an order that has already been paid for, we will refund the relevant amount.
